Who we are
This site is operated by FTG Navigator Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16736683), registered office 13 Tankard Close, Newport Pagnell, MK16 8AG. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at matt@ftgnavigator.com.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us:
- Enquiry form — your name, email address, company, the topic you select, and your message.
- Direct contact — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics on this website. We do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details solely to reply to you and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you initiated — or, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf. Their servers log standard technical data such as IP address when a page is requested.
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser's request means Google receives your IP address. No cookies are set by this.
Both may process data outside the UK. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where we go on to work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts plus six years, to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it transferred. Email matt@ftgnavigator.com and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — but you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Links out
This site links to app.ftgnavigator.com, price-tracker.ftgnavigator.com and to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy notices, and this one does not cover them.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
